A reputable construction company in Bungoma is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in construction management and possess excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed within budget and on time
- Manage and coordinate with various subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project progress
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
