IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Mauren. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve technical problems in a timely manner
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
- Perform data backups and ensure data security
- Conduct regular maintenance on computer systems and networks
- Train users on new technology or software as needed
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments

Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic languages
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in IT support or related field is preferred but not required
