Computer Support Specialist - Mauren, India

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients by phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install and configure new equipment and software
- Maintain accurate documentation of support requests and resolutions
- Communicate with clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a technical support role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn new technologies

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.

Location:
This is a contract job located in Mauren, India. No English language skills are required.
