Architecture Manager - Fonvieille, Monaco



As an Architecture Manager in our firm, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects in the city of Fonvieille, Monaco. Your primary role will be to manage and lead a team of architects and designers to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest level of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and supervision throughout the project lifecycle
- Review architectural plans and designs to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Oversee all aspects of the construction process, from initial planning to final inspection
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with other departments within the firm to ensure efficient project delivery
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role within the construction industry
- Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles and building codes/regulations in Monaco
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas in a professional manner
