We are looking for a competent Administrator to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- Book travel arrangements
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrator or similar role
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- High School Diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
