Office Administrator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all administrative tasks and providing support to the office staff. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in office administration who is looking for a part-time job.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing office documents
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the office staff
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies when needed
- Assist with data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos, and forms
- Act as the point of contact between employees and external clients
- Assist with budgeting and expense tracking
- Ensure efficient operation of office equipment by troubleshooting issues and arranging for repairs when necessary
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail with the ability to spot errors or inconsistencies
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
Salary:
$1200 per month
