Administrator for Contract Job in Al-Rayyan, Qatar
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team for a contract job in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting with daily administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedules for team members
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Prepare and distribute documents and reports
- Maintain filing systems and databases
- Respond to email and phone inquiries
- Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed
- Assist with travel arrangements
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Support with special projects as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with preference for candidates with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, etc.
- Must have a valid biometric passport
This is a contract job with a salary of 1700$ per month, suitable for foreigners who do not require English language proficiency.
