Concierge Supervisor
The Concierge Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the concierge team at a luxury hotel in Kathmandu. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of 1800$ per month, along with accommodation. This role is suitable for men with experience in the hospitality industry and exceptional customer service skills.

As the Concierge Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests receive outstanding service during their stay at the hotel. This includes managing a team of concierge staff, training new employees, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. You will also be responsible for handling guest requests, providing recommendations for local attractions and restaurants, and resolving any issues that may arise.

The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience working in a luxury hotel or resort environment as well as strong leadership skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the concierge team
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure exceptional guest service
- Handle guest requests and provide recommendations for local attractions
- Resolve any issues or complaints from guests
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and requests
- Assist with scheduling and conducting performance evaluations for concierge staff
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies such as maps, brochures, etc.
- Maintain a clean and organized concierge desk area

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a luxury hotel or resort environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
