IT Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to oversee our company's information technology operations in Kaunas, Egypt. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in managing a team of IT professionals. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies to support the company's goals and objectives
- Manage and maintain all hardware, software, and network systems
- Supervise and mentor a team of IT technicians, providing guidance and training when needed
- Ensure the security and integrity of all data and systems
- Monitor system performance to identify potential issues or areas for improvement
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for implementation
- Coordinate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of network security, data backup, disaster recovery, and cloud computing
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively
- Knowledge of Egyptian laws and regulations related to information technology is preferred
