We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in La-Condamine. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase occupancy rates. Your main focus will be on attracting new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other methods
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activity
- Create and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients
- Collaborate with other departments in the hotel to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven track record in hotel sales, preferably in a luxury hotel environment
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
