Senior Restaurant Manager
We are searching for an experienced and dedicated Senior Restaurant Manager to oversee our high-end restaurant in Los Angeles. As the Senior Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, maintaining company standards, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will lead a team of talented staff members and work closely with the executive chef to create a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations including staff management, inventory control, budgeting, and customer service
- Train and develop team members to maintain company standards and provide excellent service
- Collaborate with the executive chef to create menus that reflect current food trends and meet customers' expectations
- Monitor food quality and ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion size
- Manage inventory levels and ordering to maintain cost-effective practices
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members and provide coaching as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a high-end establishment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers, staff members, and vendors
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and requirements
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Los Angeles (open to foreigners)
