Construction Project Manager



We are in need of a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Al-Khor. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing all aspects of the construction process from start to finish. This includes coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Manage project resources including labor, materials, and equipment
- Communicate project updates to all stakeholders regularly
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and address any issues that may arise
- Oversee project documentation such as contracts, permits, change orders etc.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and ability to problem solve

Preferred Requirements:
- Experience working in Al-Khor or similar location
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Experience managing teams of diverse backgrounds
- Fluency in English

Salary:
1400$ per month
