Job Title: Construction Manager - Al-Khor, Qatar


We are currently hiring a skilled Construction Manager to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of construction projects including budget, timeline, and quality control
- Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution
- Oversee safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations
- Provide regular updates to project stakeholders on progress and any potential issues or delays
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure work is being done according to plans and specifications
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management role
- Knowledge of project management software and tools
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on construction projects in Qatar or the Middle East region
- Proficiency in Arabic language is a plus

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable depending on experience)
