Land Surveyor

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Vilnius. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and preparing detailed plans and measurements of land areas for various construction and development projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to determine precise locations, boundaries, and elevation of land features
- Use specialized equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners to collect data
- Prepare detailed maps, reports, and drawings based on survey data
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accuracy of survey data for project planning
- Analyze survey data and make recommendations for design and construction based on findings
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards in the surveying process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in land surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a land surveyor
- Proficient in the use of surveying equipment and software
- Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations related to land surveying
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills

Salary: $1200 per month

This is a full-time position without accommodation. Biometric passport is required for non-Lithuanian nationals. Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
