Body Repair Master - Automotive Technician

We are a well-established automotive repair shop in Las Vegas, seeking an experienced and skilled Body Repair Master to join our team. As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. Your main goal will be to ensure high-quality work and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect vehicles for damage and determine the best course of action for repair
- Remove damaged parts and repair or replace them as needed
- Straighten bent frames and body panels using specialized tools and equipment
- Weld, bond, and fill damaged areas to restore vehicle structure
- Sand, prime, and paint repaired areas to match the vehicle's original finish
- Test drive repaired vehicles to ensure proper functioning and alignment
- Keep detailed records of all repairs performed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Body Repair Master or Automotive Technician
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Proficiency in using various hand and power tools for repair work
- Excellent understanding of vehicle structure, mechanics, and electrical systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- High school diploma or equivalent; Vocational training or certification in auto body repair is a plus
