We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Worker to join our team in Akron. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for preparing, pouring, and finishing concrete surfaces for various construction projects. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1300 per month, and we provide accommodation and visa sponsorship for non-native workers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and shape concrete materials according to project specifications
- Mix concrete materials using appropriate tools and equipment
- Pour concrete into designated areas and smooth surfaces using trowels or other finishing tools
- Apply sealants or curing compounds to protect concrete surfaces from weather conditions
- Repair or replace damaged concrete structures as needed
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Concrete Worker or similar role
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and diagrams
- Strong knowledge of concrete materials, tools, and techniques
- Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy materials and standing for long periods of time
- Attention to detail with the ability to maintain precise measurements
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Concrete Technology or related field
- Experience operating heavy machinery such as cement mixers
- Knowledge of different types of concrete finishes
