Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Herzliya, Israel. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$, and we are open to providing visa sponsorship for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including overseeing staff, inventory management, and maintaining quality standards.
- Create and maintain schedules for employees, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
- Train and develop new employees on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to create new menu items or make adjustments as needed.
- Manage budget and control costs to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations including staffing, ordering, inventory management, etc.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
