We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Herzliya. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining financial and operational goals. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, excellent leadership skills, and strong knowledge of restaurant operations. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

As the Restaurant Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing daily operations of the restaurant, including overseeing staff schedules, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Recruiting, training, and supervising restaurant staff to provide excellent customer service.
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Maintaining financial records and creating budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Resolving customer complaints and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns to attract new customers.
- Ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
- Monitoring food quality to maintain high standards of taste and presentation.
- Conducting regular performance evaluations for staff members.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management and financial procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Biometric passport or valid work permit for Pakistani nationals.
- Fluent English language skills.
