Sales Manager - Mombasa, Kenya
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Mombasa, Kenya. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve targets and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth
- Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities for the sales team
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure alignment of goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management role within the same industry (experience in FMCG preferred)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather data from various sources to inform decision making
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English is required (knowledge of other local languages is an advantage)
Salary: 1500$ per month
Location: Mombasa, Kenya (candidates from India preferred)
Working hours: Full-time (flexible working hours)
