Part-Time Executive Chef
We are in search of a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team on a part-time basis. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our restaurant in Faisalabad. You will create and implement menus, manage kitchen staff, and ensure the highest quality of food is consistently served to our guests.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Extensive knowledge of international cuisines and food trends
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate kitchen staff
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities:
- Develop creative menus that align with our restaurant concept and appeal to our customers' preferences
- Manage inventory and control costs by sourcing quality ingredients at reasonable prices
- Supervise kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure food safety standards are met at all times by maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into menu items
Salary: $1700 per month (based on part-time hours)
