Sales Representative
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Bergen. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers, as well as maintaining relationships with existing clients. This is a contract job with a salary of $1400 per month, with the possibility of visa sponsorship for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build productive business relationships
- Highly motivated with a results-driven approach
- Familiarity with CRM software is an asset
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the sales industry is preferred but not required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred
- Must be fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is an asset
- Must be legally authorized to work in Bergen without visa sponsorship (if applicable)
