IT Manager


We are a leading technology company in Beer-Sheva and we are seeking an experienced and driven IT Manager to join our team. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies to support the company's overall goals
- Manage and maintain all computer systems, networks, databases, and other technology resources
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions to ensure smooth operations
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for improvements or upgrades
- Train employees on new systems and technologies as needed
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place and followed
- Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates or upgrades
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the technology industry
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and security systems
- Experience with database management, system administration, and cloud computing
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Location:
This position is located in Beer-Sheva, Israel. We welcome applicants from all nationalities but preference will be given to Indian candidates.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
