Teamlead - IT Project Manager


As a Teamlead - IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful completion of projects in the field of information technology. You will be based in the bustling city of Os, providing leadership and guidance to a team of developers and engineers.

Your main duties will include managing project timelines, allocating resources, and ensuring that project goals are met. You will also be responsible for communicating with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide regular updates on project progress. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will play a crucial role in keeping projects on track and within budget.

In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will also take on a leadership role within the team. This includes mentoring and guiding junior team members, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a positive work environment.

To excel in this role, you should have a degree in computer science or a related field, as well as at least 3 years of experience in project management or software development. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience working with agile methodologies is preferred.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month. As this is not an entry-level position, we expect our ideal candidate to have prior experience in managing projects successfully.
