As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee beverages to our customers in Dar Kulaib. Your role will involve a range of duties, including preparing and brewing coffee, making espresso-based drinks, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the cafe, and providing exceptional customer service.

To excel in this role, you should have previous experience as a barista and possess excellent communication skills. You must also be able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Operate various equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and blenders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including restocking supplies
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service at all times
- Educate customers on our menu offerings and make recommendations based on their preferences
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is required
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for coffee with knowledge of different brewing methods
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly personality
- Attention to detail with the ability to follow recipes accurately
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month for this position.
