Sales Manager
The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing our sales team in the city of Akron. This position requires a highly motivated individual with previous experience in sales management and a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth
- Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for business expansion
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Train new team members on products, services, and company policies
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales management, preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (preferred)
- Fluency in English (required)
