Job Title: Part-Time Project Manager


We are hiring a part-time project manager to join our team in Oslo. As a project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various projects within our company. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Previous experience in project management is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Create and maintain project schedules and timelines
- Communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Prepare reports on project status, budget, and resources
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, identify issues, and brainstorm solutions

Requirements:
- Prior experience in project management is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with team members at all levels
- Proficient in using project management software/tools (e.g. Asana, Trello)
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines

Qualifications:
- Minimum of a diploma or equivalent education required; degree in business administration or project management is a plus.
- Must be able to work part-time (approximately 20 hours per week)
- Must have authorization to work in Oslo (free visa provided if needed)
