Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee and manage construction projects in Jeddah, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets. You will also be responsible for obtaining necessary permits and approvals from local authorities. Additionally, you will monitor progress on construction sites, resolve any issues or delays that may arise, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of construction processes and techniques. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry. Egyptian nationality is preferred for this role due to visa requirements. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.
