Job Title: Head Baker

A busy bakery in Salalah is seeking a skilled Head Baker to join our team. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality baked goods, managing a team of bakers, and maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the bakery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate daily production schedule
- Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and icings according to recipes
- Train and supervise bakers on techniques and proper use of equipment
- Monitor quality control to ensure all products meet our standards
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a baker with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills in English

Salary: 1100$ per month with potential for performance-based bonuses. Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates. All nationalities are welcome to apply.
