Slinger - Construction Worker


We are hiring a skilled Slinger to join our construction team in Nairobi. As a Slinger, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials on construction sites. This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to work well within a team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely sling and move materials using cranes or other equipment
- Communicate effectively with crane operators and other team members
- Inspect materials for defects or damage before moving them
- Ensure materials are stacked and stored correctly
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols on site
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads
- Experience working on construction sites preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required

Salary:
Starting salary of $1000 per month, with potential for growth based on performance.
