We are hiring a skilled and experienced Surveyor to join our team in Utena. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land, buildings, and other structures using specialized equipment. Your main goal will be to accurately determine property boundaries and create maps or plans for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of surveying techniques and tools, as well as excellent attention to detail. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month, including accommodations and free visa and ticket for Nepali English-speaking individuals.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys on land, buildings, or other structures
- Use specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, or laser scanners
- Collect data and measurements to determine property boundaries
- Create accurate maps or plans using surveying software
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide accurate results
- Analyze data and prepare reports for clients or colleagues
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed while conducting surveys
- Keep accurate records of all surveying activities
- Stay updated on new surveying techniques and technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Surveyor
- Proficient in using total stations, GPS receivers, laser scanners, and other surveying equipment
- Excellent mathematical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Familiarity with surveying software such as AutoCAD or ArcGIS
- Physically fit to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
