Architecture Manager

Our architectural firm in La-Condamine is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and project management, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of architectural projects, from planning and design to construction and completion
- Manage a team of architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions that meet their requirements
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans and building codes
- Review and approve all project deliverables, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and other documents
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architecture, with 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, construction methods, materials, and technologies
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to lead a team effectively and foster a positive work environment
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1800 per month. The role also includes accommodation for out-of-town candidates.
