Architecture Manager


As an Architecture Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing all aspects of architecture projects. Your main responsibilities will include leading a team of architects, ensuring the timely and efficient completion of projects, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of architects in the design and development of various projects
- Manage project timelines and ensure projects are completed within budget
- Review project plans and provide constructive feedback to improve designs
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for each project
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment for projects
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure project progress and quality standards are met
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on professional development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Strong knowledge of architecture principles, design techniques, building materials, etc.
- Familiarity with relevant software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders
- Attention to detail with a strong focus on quality control
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.

Location:
The position is located in La-Condamine. However, remote work options may be available for exceptional candidates.
