Part-Time Baker


We are seeking a skilled Part-Time Baker to join our team in Fonvieille. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods for our customers. This is a part-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes
- Bake and decorate a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
- Clean and maintain baking equipment and work areas
- Take orders from customers and provide excellent customer service
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Baker in a professional setting
- Knowledge of various baking techniques and methods
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Attention to detail for decorating baked goods
- Good time management skills to meet production deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed

Preferred:
- Certification or degree in Baking or Pastry Arts
- Experience working in a high-volume bakery or restaurant setting
