Welding Technician

We are a leading construction company based in Hawalli, seeking an experienced Welding Technician to join our team. As a Welding Technician, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components for our construction projects, ensuring they meet the required specifications and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine welding requirements
- Use various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, ARC) to weld and fabricate metal components
- Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect completed welds for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Welder or Welding Technician
- Experience with MIG, TIG, and ARC welding techniques
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
