Machine Operator

We are hiring a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Lom. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various machines to ensure efficient production. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent mechanical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines according to production specifications
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Troubleshoot and resolve any machine malfunctions or issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a machine operator is preferred but not required
- Strong mechanical skills with the ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
- Basic computer skills

This position is suitable for men who are looking for an entry-level job opportunity without prior experience. Training will be provided on the job. Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
