Plasterer for Residential and Commercial Projects in Akron, OH

We are a leading construction company based in Akron, OH seeking an experienced Plasterer to join our team. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create smooth or textured finishes for both residential and commercial projects. Our ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in plastering, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and smoothing them
- Mix plaster ingredients according to specific proportions
- Apply plaster onto surfaces using hand tools or machines
- Create smooth or textured finishes as per client's specifications
- Repair cracks and holes in existing plasterwork
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Plasterer
- Proven ability to apply different types of plaster finishes
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills in English

Preferred:
- Experience working on both residential and commercial projects
- Familiarity with different types of plaster materials and applications
- Experience with drywall installation and repair

Salary:
$1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)
