Concierge Assistant - Part Time (Indian Nationals Preferred)
We are currently seeking a friendly and professional Concierge Assistant to join our team in Triesen. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and assisting them with their needs during their stay.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
- Provide information about the local area, including recommendations for restaurants, activities, and attractions
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and efficiently
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (12 pass)
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
Salary:
As a part-time position, the salary for this role is 1600$ per month. Additional benefits may be provided based on performance.
Working Hours:
This is a part-time position, with approximately 20 hours per week. The schedule will include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Accommodations:
This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must have their own housing arrangements in Triesen or be willing to relocate at their own expense.
