Concierge in Triesen - Part Time, Own Visa, No Accommodation
We are hiring a part-time concierge for our luxury hotel in Triesen. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and assisting them with any requests they may have during their stay. This position is open to both Africans and Egyptians who are fluent in English and have their own visa.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about the hotel amenities, local attractions, and events
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, shows, and other activities
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area at all times
- Assist with luggage handling when necessary
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask
- Must have own visa and be legally able to work in Triesen
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this part-time position.
