Indian Bank Teller in Al-Khor, Qatar



We are hiring an experienced Indian Bank Teller to join our team at our branch in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing financial transactions accurately and efficiently, and promoting our banking products and services.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Process cash deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately
- Assist customers with account inquiries, opening new accounts, and other banking services
- Promote bank products and services to customers
- Maintain proper cash handling procedures and ensure balancing at the end of each shift
- Follow all bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
- Respond to customer inquiries or complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-year experience as a Bank Teller
- Must be an Indian national currently residing in Al-Khor or willing to relocate
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong mathematical skills
- Customer service-oriented with the ability to handle difficult customers professionally
- Knowledge of banking regulations and procedures
- Attention to detail and accuracy
