Smelter Operator


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Smelter Operator to join our team in Pula. As a Smelter Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the smelting equipment, ensuring the production of high-quality metal products. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor smelting equipment to produce metals according to specifications
- Monitor and adjust process parameters to ensure high-quality production
- Conduct regular maintenance on equipment to ensure efficient operation
- Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues that may arise
- Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Smelter Operator or similar role in an industrial setting
- Knowledge of smelting processes and equipment operation
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical strength and stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and operating heavy machinery
