Merchandiser for Indian Market in Vilnius



Our company is seeking a highly motivated Merchandiser to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Indian market for our company. This is a full-time position and we welcome freshers who are eager to learn and grow in their career.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Indian clients, understand their needs and preferences
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and consumer behaviors to identify potential opportunities for our company
- Source, negotiate and purchase products from suppliers in India
- Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote our products in the Indian market
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products to clients
- Analyze sales data and make recommendations to improve product performance in the Indian market
- Travel to India as needed for business meetings, trade shows or product sourcing trips

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser or similar role, preferably in the Indian market or with Indian clients
- Fluent English language skills with knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages being a plus
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to travel as needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.
