As a Slinger, you will be responsible for safely moving and positioning various materials on construction sites. This position requires strong communication skills and physical strength, as you will be working closely with crane operators to ensure the safe and efficient movement of materials. Your main duties will include attaching and detaching loads from cranes, directing crane operators through hand signals or radio communication, and maintaining a safe work environment at all times. You must also have a keen eye for detail to ensure that loads are properly secured before being lifted. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn on the job.

Requirements:
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Slinger is preferred but not required

Salary: $900 per month

Location: Bungoma, Kenya (Indian nationals preferred)

Language Requirement: Fluent in English

Experience Level: Entry level/freshers

Working Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
