Pastry Chef for a high-end Indian restaurant in Mauren, Monaco


We are seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team at a high-end Indian restaurant in Mauren, Monaco. As the Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing unique and delicious desserts that complement our traditional Indian cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of desserts, including traditional Indian sweets and fusion creations
- Develop new dessert recipes that showcase your creativity and use local ingredients when possible
- Ensure all desserts are prepared and presented according to restaurant standards
- Manage inventory and ordering of pastry supplies to maintain stock levels
- Train junior pastry chefs on techniques and recipes
- Maintain a clean and organized pastry station

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end or fine dining establishment
- Knowledge of traditional Indian desserts is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Creativity and passion for creating unique dessert experiences
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this full-time position. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for growth within our expanding restaurant group.
