Indian Administrator for Al-Khor Company
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrator to join our team in Al-Khor. As an Indian Administrator, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our company, and providing support to the team. This is a full-time position that requires previous experience in administration and excellent communication skills. Accommodation will not be provided, making this an ideal opportunity for students or individuals who already reside in or near Al-Khor. The salary for this role is $1100 per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing documents.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Assist with travel arrangements for the team.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Act as a point of contact between the company and external parties.
Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in administration or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
