Driver Supervisor

As a Driver Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of drivers in Hawalli. Your main goal will be to ensure that all transportation services are carried out efficiently and safely. You will work closely with the drivers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their daily targets.

Your responsibilities will include creating daily schedules for drivers, monitoring their performance, and reporting any issues to management. You will also be responsible for conducting regular vehicle inspections and coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed.

In addition to managing the drivers, you will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our transportation services. This may include handling complaints or addressing any concerns they may have.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience as a driver and supervisory experience. You should also have a valid driver's license and be familiar with local traffic laws and regulations.

We are looking for a highly organized individual with strong leadership skills who can effectively communicate with both drivers and clients. The ability to multitask, make quick decisions, and problem-solve is crucial in this role.

This is a temporary position with a salary of $1400 per month. Accommodation will not be provided, so we prefer candidates who already reside in Hawalli or have plans to relocate on their own.
