We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Chef to join our team in Nakuru. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking authentic Indian dishes, ensuring high quality and consistency in taste. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working as an Indian Chef, preferably in a restaurant setting. This position offers a salary of 1600$ per month, along with other benefits. Preference will be given to candidates who are fluent in English and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes according to traditional recipes
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared with high quality and consistency in taste
- Monitor food supplies and order ingredients as needed
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times
- Follow all health and safety regulations while handling food
- Collaborate with the restaurant management team to develop new menu items
- Stay updated on current food trends and incorporate them into menu offerings

Requirements:
- Proven experience working as an Indian Chef for at least 5 years
- In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine, including regional variations and cooking techniques
- Ability to create new dishes while maintaining authenticity
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Fluent in English
