Construction Project Manager

A reputable construction company in Nakuru is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join their team. This position is open to Egyptian nationals who are fluent in English and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction project from start to finish. This includes planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource management, and quality control. You will work closely with various stakeholders including contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure the successful completion of the project.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans and schedules
- Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Manage resources effectively to meet project goals
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction process
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses, and changes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in project management within the construction industry
- Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
