Architectural Designer

We are hiring an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating plans for new construction projects, renovations, and extensions. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences and translate them into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to determine project requirements and objectives
- Create detailed architectural plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Develop 3D models, renderings, and animations to help clients visualize the design
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the feasibility of the design
- Oversee the production of construction documents and ensure they meet building codes and regulations
- Make necessary modifications to plans based on feedback from clients or project stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and building techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
- Attention to detail and ability to work under strict deadlines

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1800$ per month. Accommodation will be provided by the company.

Location:
The position is located in Faro, Portugal. Candidates must have their own visa or be eligible to work in Portugal.
