Merchandiser - Lusail, Qatar


We are currently hiring for the position of Merchandiser in Lusail, Qatar. This is an urgent job opportunity for Indian nationals who are fluent in English and do not require accommodation. As a merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability. You will work closely with buyers, suppliers, and store managers to ensure that products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner.

Responsibilities:
- Visit stores regularly to monitor product displays, stock levels, and overall presentation
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices for products while maintaining quality standards
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for product assortment and pricing
- Develop effective merchandising strategies to increase sales and maximize profitability
- Collaborate with buyers to select new products and plan promotions
- Train store staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly
- Ensure that all stores adhere to company standards for visual merchandising

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a merchandiser or similar role
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with suppliers
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1100$ per month.
