Office Assistant - Albena, Bulgaria
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Albena, Bulgaria. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operations of the office. You should have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person
- Managing office supplies and equipment
- Maintaining and organizing office filing systems
- Assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Assisting with travel arrangements for staff
- Preparing documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy is crucial
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary: $1300 per month
